The learned standing counsel for the University would<\/p>\n<p>submit that the University would require at least two more months&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>time to complete the revaluation process. However, he would submit<\/p>\n<p>that scrutiny can be completed within a week.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with<\/p>\n<p>the following directions:\n<\/p>\n<p>      The scrutiny of the answer paper of the petitioner for which he<\/p>\n<p>has applied shall be completed within one week from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
