JUSTICE MAHESH CHANDRA SHARMA<\/p>\n<p>Mr.Sajid Ali, for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Pradeep Shrimal, Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      &#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>         The accused petitioner previously filed S.B.Cr. Misc. Bail Application No.7658 of 2009 and this court vide order dated October 5, 2009, fixed the case for orders on October 29, 2009 as nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Meanwhile, this interim bail application No.7900 of 2009 has been filed on the ground that the marriages of his younger brother Akil Ahmed and his sister Sabina Bano,  are to be solemnised on October 13 and October 16, 2009. On this ground the counsel for the accused petitioner  prayed that interim bail for one month should be granted to the accused petitioner. On humanitarian ground, I accept this interim bail application and direct that the accused petitioner Shakil Ahmed son of Jamil Ahmed shall be released on interim bail  provided he shall submit bail bond in  the amount of Rs. 25,000\/- with two sureties in the amount of Rs. 12,500\/- each to the satisfaction of the trial court  for a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order and on the ground that he will surrender before the Jail authorities or before the trial court immediately after completion of one month and during the period he remained on bail he shall not commit any offence.
