DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 03\/05\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nsupport of Judges&#8217; Summons carried out by the workman, it is<br \/>\nsubmitted by learned advocate for the applicant that the amount due<br \/>\nto the workman is to be paid since daughter of the workman is to<br \/>\nmarry in the month of May, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMr<br \/>\nJS Yadav, learned advocate for the OL, submits that the due amount,<br \/>\nas per ratio determined by the Chartered Accountant, is already paid<br \/>\nby the OL and no amount remains to be paid as on date.  At the same<br \/>\ntime attention of this court is drawn to the order dated 27.09.2010<br \/>\npassed by the learned Company Judge, where also it is observed that<br \/>\nthe applicant workman was paid admissible claim at par with other<br \/>\nworkers of the company and no further amount is required to be paid.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, no order can be passed, as prayed for.<br \/>\nAccordingly, this application stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>[Anant<br \/>\nS.
