ITARHI, DISTRICT-\n         BUXUR.                                         ------------PETITIONERS\n                                           Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   04.03.2011              Heard learned counsels for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                  and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioners are apprehending their arrest<\/p>\n<p>                  in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 326,<\/p>\n<p>                  379 and 505 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                            During investigation, the accusation was<\/p>\n<p>                  found false and final form was submitted subsequently<\/p>\n<p>                  on 12.05.2010. Differing with the final form, the<\/p>\n<p>                  cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 325,<\/p>\n<p>                  379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above<\/p>\n<p>                  named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail, in<\/p>\n<p>                  the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned<\/p>\n<p>                  Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>             each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>             satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,<\/p>\n<p>             Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S.
