The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner claims the benefit of Ext.P2 circular. It is submitted<\/p>\n<p>by the bank that it has a Grievance Redressel Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of that notification and the petitioner has been listed as<\/p>\n<p>one eligible for concession to the extent of 25%.                To avail such<\/p>\n<p>facility, the petitioner has to express his consent and remit 75%<\/p>\n<p>of the amounts, of which, the petitioner has not deposited the<\/p>\n<p>first two instalments. It is also offered by the bank that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner can deposit both the instalments by 31.3.2009.<\/p>\n<p>Recording the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to<\/p>\n<p>appear before the first respondent and comply with the<\/p>\n<p>conditions of the order of the Grievance Redressel Officer if he<\/p>\n<p>wish to avail the benefit of the order. For this, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>shall appear before the first respondent on 25.2.2009 and file an<\/p>\n<p>affidavit in that regard. On the basis of that, the impugned sale<\/p>\n<p>will stand deferred and would then be regulated on the basis of<\/p>\n<p>WPC.3471\/09<\/p>\n<p>                          Page numbers<\/p>\n<p>the payments that the petitioner would make in terms of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
