Justice P.S.GOPINATHAN\n\n Dated :15\/05\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                           P.S.GOPINATHAN, J.\n             =============================\n                          B.A.No.2604 of 2009\n             ==============================\n                 Dated this the 15th day of May 2009\n\n                                  ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.284 of 2009 of Mulavukadu<\/p>\n<p>  Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 324, 326<\/p>\n<p>  and 307 IPC. He surrendered before the investigating officer on<\/p>\n<p>  14.4.2009 and produced before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class I,<\/p>\n<p>  Ernakulam. He was remanded to judicial custody. His application for<\/p>\n<p>  bail was dismissed. His application for bail was also rejected by the<\/p>\n<p>  learned Sessions Judge. Now this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. Today when the petition came up for hearing, it is submitted by<\/p>\n<p>  the learned Public Prosecutor that final report has already been filed<\/p>\n<p>  and there is no objection in releasing the petitioner on bail.<\/p>\n<p>     3.
