Rathore. \n  \nMs.  Ashish Joshi, for petitioner.\t\n\t \n<\/pre>\n<p>\tAfter making submissions for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner has prayed that she may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage to take appropriate steps before the Jaipur Development Authority Appellate Tribunal, for redressal of the grievance. Further, she has submitted that she would file a petition\/appeal before the Tribunal within a period of one month from today. It has also been prayed that in view of advance age of the petitioner, the Tribunal may be directed to decide the matter expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from filing of the petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty sought by the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to direct the Jaipur Development Authority Appellate Tribunal that in case the petitioner seeks redressal before it by way of petition\/appeal, the same may be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t \t\t\t\t\t (Raghuvendra S.
