Narasipura,<br \/>\ndismissing the appeal and con\ufb01rming the judgment and<\/p>\n<p>decree dated 16.12.1997 passed in O.S.No.33l\/1994 onthe<\/p>\n<p>file of the Civil iudge (Jr.Dn), T.
