No.30141 of 2011\n                             Bachiya Devi wife of Krishna Kewat\n                                            Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   14.09.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, informant and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under<\/p>\n<p>                  Sections 304(B), 201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased<\/p>\n<p>                  and an elderly lady, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                  furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/-(five thousand) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                  like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the Court below to the<\/p>\n<p>                  satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, (Nalanda) in<\/p>\n<p>                  connection Islampur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2011 with subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>                  conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   1. That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is<\/p>\n<p>                  related with the petitioner. The bailor will undertake to furnish information<\/p>\n<p>                  to the court about any change in the address of the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                                   2. That the petitioner will give an undertaking that she will<\/p>\n<p>                  receive the police papers on the given date and be present on date fixed for<\/p>\n<p>                  charge and if she fails to do so on two given dates and delays the trial in any<\/p>\n<p>                  manner, her bail will be liable to be cancelled for reasons of misuse.<\/p>\n<p>                                 3.
