Justice C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :13\/04\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                     C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n\n                     -----------------------------------\n\n                      WP(C) No. 13297 of 2007 G\n\n                      ---------------------------------\n\n                Dated, this the 13th day of April, 2007\n\n\n                               J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Since the vehicle seized with load of sand is a mini lorry, there<\/p>\n<p>will   be   direction   to   third   respondent   to   release   the   vehicle   on<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   depositing   Rs.   10,000\/-   before   the   second   respondent<\/p>\n<p>and produces the receipt of the same before third respondent along<\/p>\n<p>with original RC book of the vehicle for making endorsement by the<\/p>\n<p>third   respondent   therein   that   the   vehicle   is   released   subject   to<\/p>\n<p>adjudication proceedings.   Vehicle and RC book will be released to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner on production of receipt of the deposit made as above<\/p>\n<p>by the petitioner and after making endorsement as above.
