It is not known whether the arrears are already<\/p>\n<p>recovered from petitioners.    The case of the petitioners is that<\/p>\n<p>petitioners are not given incentives for settlement or instalments<\/p>\n<p>sought for by them. Learned standing counsel for Kerala Financial<\/p>\n<p>Corporation submitted that petitioners were given incentives by way<\/p>\n<p>of reduction of Rs.43,000\/-, they did not avail it by making<\/p>\n<p>payment.
