The learned counsel for<br \/>\nthe petitioner states at the bar that the failure report is submitted<br \/>\nby the Conciliation Officer to respondent no. 1- State Government.<br \/>\nIn view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioner, I am of the opinion that ends of justice would be served<br \/>\nby passing the following order.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tRespondent<br \/>\nno. 1- State Government shall decide the issue pending before it,<br \/>\nwithin a period of two weeks from today and refer the dispute to the<br \/>\ncompetent authority viz. Labour Court\/Industrial Tribunal for<br \/>\nadjudication.
