Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :05\/08\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n           --------------------------------------------------------\n\n                     W.P.(C) 22539 of 2008\n\n           --------------------------------------------------------\n\n                    Dated: AUGUST 5, 2008\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>          Petitioner is a businessman conducting business<\/p>\n<p>at a place called Kollappally in Kottayam District, coming<\/p>\n<p>within the jurisdiction of the 1st respondent Panchayat.               In<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition what is mainly complained of by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is that in view of the indiscriminate parking of<\/p>\n<p>vehicles, access to his business place is affected. It is also<\/p>\n<p>complained that as a result thereof, his business prospects<\/p>\n<p>are also reduced.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submits that similar complaints were received by the<\/p>\n<p>Panchayat and that at the instance of the Panchayat, a joint<\/p>\n<p>meeting of all concerned, including the trading community<\/p>\n<p>and police, was convened on 28.7.2008. It is also stated<\/p>\n<p>that by a unanimous understanding between the parties, it<\/p>\n<p>has been decided to take remedial action in the matter,<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) 22539\/08<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>which is being implemented with the aid of the local police.<\/p>\n<p>       3. If, as stated by the learned Government Pleader,<\/p>\n<p>the Panchayat has already initiated steps to redress the<\/p>\n<p>grievance of the petitioner and others in this matter and the<\/p>\n<p>same is implemented with the aid of the local police, I do<\/p>\n<p>not think this Court needs to interfere with the matter and<\/p>\n<p>upset the unanimous decision arrived at among the parties.<\/p>\n<p>       Therefore I dispose of the writ petition directing that<\/p>\n<p>the decision taken in the meeting held on 28.7.2008 shall be<\/p>\n<p>implemented and the Panchayat shall ensure the same with<\/p>\n<p>the involvement and co-operation of the 2nd respondent.<\/p>\n<p>                                        ANTONY DOMINIC<br \/>\n                                                JUDGE<\/p>\n<p>mt\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Bijo P.
