Pipra,\n                         District Supaul.\n                                                                        -------Petitioner\n                                               Versus\n                         The State Of Bihar\n                                                                  -----Opposite Party\n                                             -------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   18\/10\/2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner apprehending his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with a case registered for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                     punishable under Sections 420, 353, 120(B) of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                     Penal Code and Section 7 Essential Commodities Act, is<\/p>\n<p>                     solitary named accused in this case relating to release of<\/p>\n<p>                     vehicle, challan of which was subsequently found fake.<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                     case and reasons assigned in the impugned order, in the<\/p>\n<p>                     event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below<\/p>\n<p>                     within four weeks, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                     enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                     (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                     each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                     Supaul, in connection with Pipra P.S.
