Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :10\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                             S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                         =======================\n\n                           W.P.(C) No. 1272   of 2008 (B)\n\n                         =======================\n\n\n                   Dated this the   10th  day of January, 2008\n\n\n\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The petitioner is a physical education teacher in the school<\/p>\n<p>of   the   4th   respondent.     He   has   been   thrown   out   for   want   of<\/p>\n<p>vacancy on staff fixation.  Against the same, the 4th respondent-<\/p>\n<p>manager  has filed an appeal, Ext.P2, before the 2nd respondent.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the same.<\/p>\n<p>        2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader.   In the<\/p>\n<p>facts   and   circumstances   of   the   case,   I   direct   the   the   2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent   to   consider   and   pass   appropriate   orders   on   Ext.P2,<\/p>\n<p>after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>well as the 4th respondent, as expeditiously as possible, at any<\/p>\n<p>rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        The writ petition   is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                  S.SIRI JAGAN, JUDGE<\/p>\n<p>jp<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Pramod vs State Of Kerala Rep.
