Obviously, this<br \/>\naward is in the nature of an interim award which is subject to<br \/>\nadjustment against the award which may be passed in the main claim<br \/>\npetition. Therefore, considering the overall facts and circumstances<br \/>\nof the case, I am of the view that interest of justice would be met<br \/>\nby passing the following order:\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tThe<br \/>\nentire awarded amount shall be invested in the name of the Nazir of<br \/>\nthe Tribunal with a Nationalized Bank initially for a period of three<br \/>\nyears and on maturity shall be renewed by one year at a time without<br \/>\nany further orders in this regard till the disposal of the the main<br \/>\nclaim petition. The Fixed Deposit Receipt shall be kept with the<br \/>\nNazir of the Tribunal. The quarterly interest that may be accrued on<br \/>\nthe said deposit shall be paid to the original claimants.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tIf<br \/>\nultimately the claimant succeeds in the main claim petition, the said<br \/>\namount shall be paid to the claimant. In case, the claimant fails in<br \/>\nthe main claim petition, the said amount shall be withdrawn by the<br \/>\nInsurance Company.
