PARTIES\n\n5        18-8-2010<\/pre>\n<p>                Pursuant to order passed on 11-8-2010, the Director,<\/p>\n<p>                      Secondary Education, Bihar Patna, opposite party no.3 is personally<\/p>\n<p>                      present in court along a banker&#8217;s cheque dated 16-8-2010 in favour of<\/p>\n<p>                      Smt. Shashi Kala Sharma, the petitioner. That account payee cheque is<\/p>\n<p>                      for Rs. 9,02,907\/- ( rupees nine lakh two thousand nine hundred seven).<\/p>\n<p>                      According to learned counsel for the petitioner the said amount of the<\/p>\n<p>                      aforesaid cheque is towards arrears of salary of the petitioner which was<\/p>\n<p>                      required to be paid under the orders of the writ court. According to<\/p>\n<p>                      learned counsel for the State now the order of the writ court stands fully<\/p>\n<p>                      complied with. Learned counsel for the petitioner has accepted the<\/p>\n<p>                      aforesaid cheque for handing it over to the petitioner.
