Kuriakose, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>             It is fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the appellant<\/p>\n<p>that the enhancement of land value by cent percent of the value<\/p>\n<p>awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer in cases pertaining to<\/p>\n<p>acquisition of land in Thrikkunnappuzha village is already approved by<\/p>\n<p>this court in another case. Under the above circumstances, we are not<\/p>\n<p>inclined to entertain this appeal. The appeal will stand dismissed. It is<\/p>\n<p>made clear that in case the respondents come in appeal against the<\/p>\n<p>impugned judgment, the appellant will have the liberty to resist that<\/p>\n<p>appeal on all available grounds, including the grounds raised in this<\/p>\n<p>appeal.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           (PIUS C.
