Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :22\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n           ---------------------------------------------------\n              Bail Application No.8389 of 2010\n          -----------------------------------------------------\n        Dated this the 22nd day of December, 2010\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner who is the sole accused in Crime No.731 of 2010 of<\/p>\n<p>Kanjirapally Police Station for an offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Section 55(a) of the Abkari Act for having been found in<\/p>\n<p>possession of 6 litres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor, seeks<\/p>\n<p>his enlargement on bail.         The petitioner was arrested on<\/p>\n<p>06\/12\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the offence, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the other circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to<\/p>\n<p>grant bail to the petitioner.        Accordingly, the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>directed to be released on bail with effect from 11\/01\/2011<\/p>\n<p>on his executing a bond for `35,000\/- (Rupees thirty five<\/p>\n<p>thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of the<\/p>\n<p>First Class-I, Kanjirappally and subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>Bail Appln.No.8389\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                     : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>      1.     The petitioner shall report before the<\/p>\n<p>             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>             11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      2.     The petitioner shall make himself available<\/p>\n<p>             for interrogation as and when required by<\/p>\n<p>             the police till the filing of the final report.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      3.       The petitioner shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>             intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor<\/p>\n<p>             shall he attempt to tamper with the<\/p>\n<p>             evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      4.
