The main petitions are<br \/>\npending to be heard finally. It is contended that the regular<br \/>\nrecruitment process would be stalled by this injunction. But, there<br \/>\nis nothing on record to show that such recruitment process has been<br \/>\nundertaken or a select-list is prepared. Non-grant of interim relief<br \/>\nto the petitioners-respondents herein would ultimately make the<br \/>\npetitions infructuous, if the respondents to the petitions and<br \/>\nappellants herein implement the termination of services of the<br \/>\nrespondents herein. By the order impugned, no permanent relief, which<br \/>\nmay cause permanent prejudice to the interest of the appellants, is<br \/>\ngranted. The petitions before the learned Single Judge have already<br \/>\nbeen expedited.
