But no reply was given to me regarding my request, in the year 2002 October<br \/>\nwhen he had come to Chandigarh. One day he left home without any information and has<br \/>\nnot come till today. An FIR regarding his missing was got registered with the Chandigarh<br \/>\nPolice on 29\/12\/2002. Now I do not have any knowledge about his whereabouts and no<br \/>\nsource of income to earn livelihood for me and my children.\n<\/p>\n<p>        It is humbly prayed that considering the above I should be given job in his place and<br \/>\nhis all dues such as P.F. gratuity etc. May also be given to me and the present status of my<br \/>\nhusband as per your record may also be informed to me.<br \/>\nRelevant reply on the above may be provided to me under RTI.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO replied: &#8211; ID No. 724 of the PIO SNZ.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Sh. Rajveer S.K., S\/o Sd. Brij Pal C. No. 92, who has been running absent since<br \/>\n27\/04\/1998 with out information has been issued a No. of letters under RDA, UPC and<br \/>\nthrough SI from time to time for reporting his duty but the without receipt. As per record of<br \/>\nservice book and personal file of Rajeev a notice was also pasted at the addressed given in<br \/>\nservice book and personal file of Sh. Rajbeer but nobody including nominee came<br \/>\nforwarded in this regard and the matter of the absence is under process.\n<\/p>\n<p>The First Appellate Authority ordered: &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>Not replied.\n<\/p>\n<p> Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mrs. Shakuntala<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Ved Pal PIO<br \/>\nThe appellant&#8217;s husband was working with MCD and is missing since 1998. She wants to<br \/>\nknow how she can claim her dues and entitlements but has not been able to frame her<br \/>\nqueries properly. The PIO has been directed to guide her to claim her entitlements.
