\nSanjay Gandhi   she succumbed to the<\/p>\n
injuries sustainedebgr n\u00e9r;\n<\/p>\n
3. On her death’ the  \ufb01led M.V.Case 110.3410] 2000<\/p>\n

\n   held en\ufb01tled to zneceive in ail a sum of<\/p>\n
 with interest at the rate of 8% from the<\/p>\n
