Respondents.\n\n\nPrayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to cancel the licence in favour of the fifth respondent in running the fast food centre in Door No.99\/33, Harrington Road, Chetpet, Chennai-3, in the name of VIV's Fast Food. \n\n\n\t\tFor Petitioner\t   : Mrs.J.Anandavalli\n\n\t\tFor Respondents   : Mr.G.T.Subramaniam (R1 to R3)\n\t\t\t\t \t    Mr.V.Manoharan (R4)\n\t\t\t\t\t    Mr.S.D.Venkateswaran (R5)\n\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if this Court is pleased to permit the petitioner to make a representation to the third respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the present writ petition, within a specified period and on such representation being made, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the third respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the present writ petition, within a period of ten days from today i.e., 27-01-2010 and on receipt of such representation, the  third respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as to the fifth respondent, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation to the third respondent, along with a copy of this order.<br \/>\n\t\tAccordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
