It     is     stated<\/p>\n<p>                  that one near relative, the grand son of<\/p>\n<p>                  the   testator,        namely,        Rakesh       Singh       was<\/p>\n<p>                  mentioned as minor under the guardianship<\/p>\n<p>                  of his father Birendra Narayan Singh. In<\/p>\n<p>                  fact, he is major. Hence it is prayed in<\/p>\n<p>                  the I.A. that the sentence describing the<\/p>\n<p>                  said Rakesh Singh &#8216;minor son and under the<\/p>\n<p>                  guardianship           of      his        father        Birendra<\/p>\n<p>                  Narayan     Singh&#8217;          may      be    allowed       to     be<\/p>\n<p>                  deleted from the testamentary application.<\/p>\n<p>                         Copy       of     the      I.A.      was    served      on<\/p>\n<p>                  learned   counsel           appearing        for    the       near<\/p>\n<p>                  relatives    on    22.2.2011.             However,       no    one<\/p>\n<p>                  appears to oppose this I.A.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         In the circumstances, this I.A. is<\/p>\n<p>                  allowed     and    the         said       portion       in    the<\/p>\n<p>                  description       of        near      relatives,         Rakesh<\/p>\n<p>                  Singh, is permitted to be deleted from the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           testamentary application.<\/p>\n<p>                   Since Rakesh Singh is now shown as<\/p>\n<p>           major, let special citation be sent to him<\/p>\n<p>           through     registered       post.    Requisites        etc.<\/p>\n<p>           for   the    same    shall    be     filed     within   one<\/p>\n<p>           week.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n                   Re: Item No.2\n\n                   No     one        appears     for      the      near\n\n           relatives\/defendants.\n\n                   Learned         counsel    for   the    plaintiff\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>           prays for one week time to file proposed<\/p>\n<p>           issues,      list    of    witnesses     and     original<\/p>\n<p>           documents along with list.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Time is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Pradeep\/                                (J.
