Vide letter dated\n10.7.2009, the appellant has filed the non-compliance complaint.\n\n2.      Heard on 25.11.2009. Appellant not present. Shri Vijay Singh,\nAEM is present. He would submit that complete para-wise information has\nbeen provided to the appellant vide their letter dated 29.6.2009. It appears\nthat this letter had not reached the appellant when he filed the present non-\ncompliance compliant.
