No.36372 of 2010\n                                  BIRENDRA PRATAP SINGH\n                                                Versus\n                                         STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.      28.01.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Petitioner is claiming the land transferred by sale deed in<\/p>\n<p>                      favour of one Dr. Usha Mishra.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                      the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from the<\/p>\n<p>                      date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order, the above named<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                      Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                      the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Sasaram (T) P.S.
