Application No. 1424 of 2005 &#8211;  Delay condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>        This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in L.A.R. No.352<\/p>\n<p>of 1997 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kozhikode.   Acquisition is<\/p>\n<p>for the  purpose of establishment of agricultural market.  On merits it is seen<\/p>\n<p>that  the relied on judgment, Ext.A1, has become final in L.A.A. No.1001 of<\/p>\n<p>1997.       Therefore, this appeal is dismissed.   I.A.
