Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :15\/01\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                   R.BASANT, J\n\n                         ------------------------------------\n\n                           Crl.M.C.No.816 of 2005\n\n                         -------------------------------------\n\n                  Dated this the  15th day of January, 2007\n\n\n                                      ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>         This Crl.M.C is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C<\/p>\n<p>to   quash   the   proceedings   initiated   against   the   petitioner   by   the   2nd<\/p>\n<p>and 3rd respondents.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>         2.    Interim   directions   were   issued   and   the   petitioner   was<\/p>\n<p>made available for interrogation by the 3rd respondent.  The 2nd and 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondents have now filed a statement in which it is stated that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is not required to be proceeded against in Crime No.252 of<\/p>\n<p>2004   of   Silvassa   Police   Station  registered,  inter   alia,   under   Sections<\/p>\n<p>506(2) and 507 I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>         3.    I accept the submissions of the learned counsel for the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>and 3rd  respondents.   I am satisfied, in these circumstances, that this<\/p>\n<p>Crl.M.C   can   be   dismissed   accepting   the   statement   filed   by<\/p>\n<p>respondents 2 and 3.
