No.7589 of 2011\n                        INDU DEVI AND ANRS.\n                                Versus\n                         THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   31.03.2011            Petitioners being mother and unmarried sister of<\/p>\n<p>                   the husband are apprehending heir arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 304B, 498A, 120B, 201 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            It is alleged that the marriage was performed two<\/p>\n<p>                   years prior to the occurrence. It is claimed by the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant that he received information that his daughter<\/p>\n<p>                   has been poisoned and when he reached he found the<\/p>\n<p>                   dead body of his daughter in a banana orchard. He took<\/p>\n<p>                   the photograph of the dead body also.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners that the informant does not talk about any<\/p>\n<p>                   injury to the victim even the resisting injury.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the fact that no injury was found on<\/p>\n<p>                   the body of the victim by the informant and petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   being female, let the petitioners namely 1. Indu Devi 2.<\/p>\n<p>                   Guddi Kumari, in the event of their arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>                   before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from<\/p>\n<p>                   today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                   bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) each with two<\/p>\n<p>                   sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with<\/p>\n<p>          G.R. No. 2958 of 2010 arising out of Matihani P.S.
