Mr.D.Sasikumar\n \t\t     Government Advocate\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis writ has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the<br \/>\nrepresentation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2007 and issue house patta in the<br \/>\nname of the petitioner within the stipulated time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Heard Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and also<br \/>\nMr.D.Sasikumar, learned Government Advocate who took notice on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The grievance of the petitioner as stood exposited from the affidavit<br \/>\naccompanying the writ petition as well as the representation made by the learned<br \/>\ncounsel for the petitioner, is to the effect that the representation of the<br \/>\npetitioner dated 29.04.2007 submitted to the second respondent viz., the<br \/>\nTahsildar, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District has not been considered.  Hence,<br \/>\nthis writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. Heard the learned Government Advocate.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. Hence, in these circumstances, the following direction is issued:<br \/>\n\tThe first respondent viz., the District Collector, Pudukkottai District,<br \/>\nPudukkottai shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated<br \/>\n29.04.2007 on merits after giving due opportunity of being heard to the<br \/>\npetitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of<br \/>\nthis order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
