T. No. 156 of 2006 arising out of Hussainganj<\/p>\n<p>                      PS Case No. 102 of 2004, G.R. No. 1408 of 2004. The court has<\/p>\n<p>                      given good reasons for its conclusion as to how it was not<\/p>\n<p>                      accepting the prosecution version.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  In view of the aforesaid facts we see no infirmity in<\/p>\n<p>                      the judgment under appeal.
