The 2114 petitioner is the son of the W<\/p>\n<p>petitiot\ufb01gef. After the death of Javaregowda, husband of<\/p>\n<p>  2?&#8221;? respondent and father of the 15&#8242; petitioner, there<\/p>\n<p> appears to be some dispute between the IS&#8217; petitioner on<\/p>\n<p>the one hand and the 2% respondent on the other hand in<br \/>\nrespect of the properties ieft behind by the said<\/p>\n<p>Javaregotvda. In Teepeet of the said dispute, the &#8216;ISI<\/p>\n<p>_\/~&#8221;*~.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioner stated to have filed [amlC&#8217;orn_pl.aint<\/p>\n<p>jurisdictional police on Q7ltO\u20ac3;20&#8217;\u20ac)_EI n1al&lt;ing\u00ab.ee_.rtain._V<\/p>\n<p>allegations against the 21*&quot; rees:p&#039;ondeni&#8212;- &#039;and,:&quot;heiiTlehiltiren.ll&#039;<\/p>\n<p>However, jurisdictional poliee&#039; s..&#039;l:aVing regard to the<br \/>\nallegations made therein\u00bb saiv(;l&quot;li:o _ha&#039;veV.Vregistered a non\u00bb-<br \/>\neognizable Case iS__SL1{,3{}\u00bbl10t.iti\u20ac\u00ab:tQ vthl\u00e9 2113 respondent to<\/p>\n<p>appear for any e&#039;nc\u00a7ni*r_3n  \u00ab.\n<\/p>\n<p>13.3) 2 &#8216; It  of the petitioners that two<br \/>\n0f U16 5GI_&#8217;1S ,0? 2?tl5l&#8221;_.~s.rlespondent appeared before the<\/p>\n<p>pvollce on 07&#8217;LO9l200\u00a73 and made a statement, which was<\/p>\n<p>&#8216; ;re&lt;:lVuce(&#039;l.pi&#039;n_to.writing and when the matter was still under<\/p>\n<p>*investiga;ti.orr;;.,llithe police appears to have registered the<\/p>\n<p>case.
