JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD<\/p>\n<p>Gopal Prasad, J.                  On repeated calls no one appears on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                       appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  2. Mrs. Rina Sinha, Advocate appears and prays<\/p>\n<p>                       that she may be permitted to appear in this case as Amicus<\/p>\n<p>                       Curiae.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  3. Prayer is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  4. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that<\/p>\n<p>                       appellant has been convicted under Section 323 and 324<\/p>\n<p>                       of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the<\/p>\n<p>                       Arms Act.       However, Doctor and I.O. have not been<\/p>\n<p>                       examined and a compromise petition has been filed which<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                 is marked as Ext. 1\/1 as well as P.W. 1 has stated that they<\/p>\n<p>                 have compromised and has also signed on sulahnama.<\/p>\n<p>                          5. Having regard to the facts that parties are<\/p>\n<p>                 compromised and Section 323 and 324 of I.P.C. are<\/p>\n<p>                 compoundable and hence offence is compounded.
