No.1879 of 2011\n                              ARUN CHOUDHARY\n                                       Versus\n                            THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>27.04.2011.               Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>              petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The    petitioner     is   apprehending       his<\/p>\n<p>              arrest in a case registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>              384,386\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<pre>                          The      accusation          against          the\n\n              petitioner        being     the   co-villager       of    the\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>              victim is of snatching Rs. 2,000\/- from the<\/p>\n<p>              shop of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The    statements     have     been    made    in<\/p>\n<p>              paragraphs no.6 and 7 of the petition that<\/p>\n<p>              the petitioner has civil dispute with the<\/p>\n<p>              informant and the petitioner has no criminal<\/p>\n<p>              antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>              the petitioner, above named, be released on<\/p>\n<p>              bail   in    the    event    of   arrest    or    surrender<\/p>\n<p>              before      the    learned    court    below      within    a<\/p>\n<p>              period      of     twelve     weeks    from       today    in<\/p>\n<p>              connection with Mushari P.S. Case No. 91 of<\/p>\n<p>              2010 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount   each   to   the   satisfaction      of   the<\/p>\n<p>        learned C.J.M.
