Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :12\/12\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                V.GIRI, J.\n                    =========================\n                       W.P.(C)NO.36744 OF 2007\n                    =========================\n                 Dated this the 12th day of December 2007\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner claims to be working as an Anganwadi worker<\/p>\n<p>presently at Cheppathodu, Eramom-Kuttoor Panchayat, Kannur. She<\/p>\n<p>has sought for a transfer from Cheppathodu Anganwady to the newly<\/p>\n<p>opened Anganwadi at kadavanad vide Exts.P1 and P2. Apparently they<\/p>\n<p>have not been looked into. In the meanwhile 5th respondent had been<\/p>\n<p>appointed at Kadavanad. In my view, petitioner&#8217;s claim raised under<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P1 and P2 may be looked into.\n<\/p>\n<p>       In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing<\/p>\n<p>the second respondent to consider the request made by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>for a transfer and posting at Kadavanad, if permissible in law and take<\/p>\n<p>a decision thereon, after hearing the petitioner and any other affected<\/p>\n<p>person within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                            V.GIRI, JUDGE<br \/>\ncss\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Smt.
