B) As Above<br \/>\n       C) Total expenditure incurred                                                      C) As Above<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):<br \/>\nAppeal dismissed by the FAA.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO and Appeal dismissed by the FAA.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Manmohan Mittal;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. Manish Rastogi, Public Information Officer &amp; SE( Plg.);\n<\/p>\n<p>        The appellant is guided by public interest and has made a serious suggestion trying to draw the<br \/>\nattention of MCD to some earlier practices in Road Construction which he feels were superior. His<br \/>\nqueries therefore reframed.\n<\/p>\n<p>The appellant feels that the earlier practice of providing Brick Pavements on the side berns of the road<br \/>\nresulted in lesser water lodging on the roads and also preservation of greenery. The appellant hopes that<br \/>\nMCD would reconsider its decision of having stopped this practice. The respondent is also directed to<br \/>\ncheck if there are any reasons on record for stopping this practice.
