Learned counsel for the respondents<br \/>\nhas no objection if the delay in filing this review petition is<br \/>\ncondoned and the matter is heard on merit.          In view of the<br \/>\naforesaid, I.A.7473\/11 is allowed. Delay in filing this petition<br \/>\nis condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Heard on admission.\n<\/p>\n<p>       With the consent of the parties, this application is heard<br \/>\nfinally.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to canvass this<br \/>\nCourt that on merit the order passed by this Court dated<br \/>\n21.4.2011 is not correct but the scope of review is limited. We<br \/>\ncan exercise our review jurisdiction only when there is an error<br \/>\napparent on the face of the record, there is some mistake or<br \/>\nsome documents which were not available with the petitioner at<br \/>\nthe time of hearing and could not be produced at that time are<br \/>\nbrought on record but all these ingredients are not raised in this<br \/>\npetition. On merits, we cannot review our order.\n<\/p>\n<p>       In view of the aforesaid, no case is made out for<br \/>\nreviewing order dated 21.4.2011.
