(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             Counsel for the petitioner has relied upon Annexure P-4,<\/p>\n<p>order passed in Civil Writ Petition No. 6962 of 1992 titled as &#8216;<a href=\"\/doc\/112116189\/\">Harjit Singh<\/p>\n<p>and others v. Punjab Housing Development Board&#8217;<\/a> decided on 17th March,<\/p>\n<p>2009 and has contended that the writ petition preferred by the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>clearly covered by the ratio of Harjit Singh&#8217;s case (supra).<\/p>\n<p>             The Estate Officer (H), GMADA, PUDA Complex, Sector 62,<\/p>\n<p>Mohali, Punjab has filed an affidavit and has averred as under:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             &#8220;6.   That in the light of facts and circumstances<br \/>\n      mentioned above it is clear that the present case of the<br \/>\n      petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment dated<br \/>\n      17.03.2009 passed by this Hon&#8217;ble Court in CWP No.6962 of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Civil Writ Petition No.17705 of 1995 (O&amp;M)                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       1992.
