Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :12\/06\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                       V.GIRI, J\n                     -------------------\n                  W.P.(C).6502\/2009\n                     --------------------\n         Dated this the 12th day of June, 2009\n\n                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner was running a canteen in the Medical<\/p>\n<p>College Hospital, Kozhikode, for the benefit of House<\/p>\n<p>Surgeons.    The period ended in September, 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Essentially petitioner has approached this Court for a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the respondents to permit him to<\/p>\n<p>continue,   on    a  permanent          basis.   Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>entertained the apprehension in the wake of<\/p>\n<p>proceedings initiated by the respondents as evidenced<\/p>\n<p>by Ext.P5 notifying tenders from interested persons<\/p>\n<p>for running the canteen on a permanent basis.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner has no right to insist that he should be<\/p>\n<p>continued. Nor has he made out any grounds               to<\/p>\n<p>challenge    the   tender       notification.     Learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader       submits that the proceedings<\/p>\n<p>pursuant to Ext.P5 have been completed and the<\/p>\n<p>contract has been awarded to the 3rd respondent.
