deprived the maintiff of her share in the suit<\/p>\n

\nadmittingthe   the possession of the<\/p>\n
protigerties bi;  fathef, took up the stand that the<\/p>\n
     had :10 issues and they bmught<\/p>\n
 Out of them, one died and other<\/p>\n

and likewise the other emit properties were also<\/p>\n
shared by the plalnti\ufb01’ and the defendants <\/p>\n
this arrangement the plaintiff gave her   <\/p>\n
thereafter the 15* defendant 1″a_ised…a_    <\/p>\n
Sy.No.4′?\/4 and it is contended in’:   77:<\/p>\n

5. I have heard the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
 parties and examined the judgnents of the courts<\/p>\n
beiew and reasene assiged by the trial court<\/p>\n

dismissirig the suit of the plaintiff. Although learned<\/p>\n
counsel for the appeliant argued that the <\/p>\n
entitled to her share in the suit properties    <\/p>\n
her husband having left the I   _ u  <\/p>\n
whereabouts being not known    <\/p>\n
referred to the relevant
\nthe trial Court, in my View, the lirvevfi\ufb01eld
\nthat the parties are  _ of the suit
\nproperties  the plaintiif
\ncannot maijitein  for    t  another
\nco-shere1*’;’~  have also taken
