3   28-09-2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n
                 Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                           Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.11.2007 in a case initially<\/p>\n
                 registered under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n
                 Code on 29\/11\/2006 but later on, Section-302 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n
                 was added on 23.12.2006.\n<\/p>\n
                           Petitioner is named in the first information report with<\/p>\n
                 allegation that he pierced dagger blow into the abdomen of the<\/p>\n
                 informant as a result of which, the informant died in course of his<\/p>\n
                 treatment.\n<\/p>\n
                           The report of learned trial court reveals that charges were<\/p>\n
                 framed against the petitioner on 21.01.2009 but uptill now, not a single<\/p>\n
                 prosecution witness has been examined.\n<\/p>\n
                           Taking    into   consideration      the   aforesaid   facts   and<\/p>\n
                 circumstances as well as submission of the parties coupled with period<\/p>\n
                 of detention of the petitioner in judicial custody, let the petitioner,<\/p>\n
                 namely, Dinesh Manjhi be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs<\/p>\n
                 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like      amount each in<\/p>\n
                 connection with Sultanganj (Agamkuan) P.S. Case No. 476 of 2006<\/p>\n
                 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 899 of 2008\/670 of 2009 to the<\/p>\n
                 satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Patna City.<\/p>\n
