Misc. No. 12680 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner that in the said criminal miscellaneous<\/p>\n<p>                   application, parties have been given liberty to settle the<\/p>\n<p>                   matter outside the Court and in the meantime, it was<\/p>\n<p>                   directed not to take any coercive steps against the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Learned counsel for the informant has no<\/p>\n<p>                   objection with regard to passing of the similar order in<\/p>\n<p>                   the present proceeding also.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In that view of the matter, I think it is<\/p>\n<p>                   appropriate that the present application should also be<\/p>\n<p>                   heard along with Cr. Misc. No. 12680 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                              List this case along with Cr. Misc.
