Kuriakose, J<\/p>\n<p>     This Writ Petition under Article 227 of the<\/p>\n<p>Constitution is filed by the second respondent in<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 O.P. pending before the Wakf Tribunal,<\/p>\n<p>Kozhikode seeking inter alia the following prayers:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           &#8220;(i) To call for the records relating to<br \/>\n     Ext.P1 to P6 and to issue a writ of<br \/>\n     mandamus directing the Wakf Tribunal,<br \/>\n     Kozhikode    to   pass   orders   on   Ext.P4<br \/>\n     I.A.669\/09 without any delay.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           (ii) To issue any writ, order or<br \/>\n     direction   directing   the  Wakf   Tribunal,<br \/>\n     Kozhikode to dispose of Ext.P3 petition as<br \/>\n     expeditiously as possible.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>     On considering the Writ Petition for admission,<\/p>\n<p>we directed the Registrar (Judicial) to find out from<\/p>\n<p>the learned Tribunal as to what is the reason for the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W. P. C. No.2933 of 2010        -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     delay in passing orders on Ext.P4 I.A. despite the<\/p>\n<p>     arguments being over long ago and also as to when it<\/p>\n<p>     would be possible for the learned Tribunal to finally<\/p>\n<p>     dispose of Ext.P3. Pursuant to that the learned<\/p>\n<p>     Tribunal has sent a letter and on going through the<\/p>\n<p>     letter, we find that the learned Tribunal has stated<\/p>\n<p>     that it will be possible to dispose of both Ext.P3 O.P<\/p>\n<p>     and Ext.P4 I.A. the arguments of which are already<\/p>\n<p>     over, within ten days. In view of the letter of the<\/p>\n<p>     learned Tribunal, we dispose of the Writ Petition<\/p>\n<p>     directing the Wakf Tribunal, Kozhikode to pass final<\/p>\n<p>     orders on both Exts.P3 and P4, at the earliest, and at<\/p>\n<p>     any rate, on or before 10\/02\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>                                      PIUS C.
