This Court, while admitting the writ petition,<\/p>\n<p>granted a conditional stay on 07\/01\/2005. Since appeal is pending<\/p>\n<p>before the Tribunal, this writ petition is disposed of directing the<\/p>\n<p>Tribunal to dispose of the appeal for the year 1999-2000, if not<\/p>\n<p>already done, within a period of three months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>production of a copy of this judgment by the petitioner.            If<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has not made payment in terms of the interim order<\/p>\n<p>dated   07\/01\/2005,     arrears   will  be   recovered immediately.<\/p>\n<p>However, if petitioner has made payment in terms of interim order,<\/p>\n<p>recovery will be withheld till disposal of the appeal.
