JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 25\/03\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tThe<br \/>\nendorsement on the Board indicates that notices issued to respondents<br \/>\nNos. 1 and 2 have remained unserved, as respondent No.1-Housing<br \/>\nCorporation has not been impleaded through any responsible person \/<br \/>\nofficer bearer and the address of respondent No.2 is incomplete.<br \/>\nFurther, notices issued to respondents Nos. 3 and 5 have not been<br \/>\nreceived back, either served or unserved and notice issued to<br \/>\nrespondent No.4 has remained unserved, as the said respondent is<br \/>\nstated to be not residing at the given address.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tThe<br \/>\nlearned Counsel for the petitioners shall amend the cause title of<br \/>\nthe petition by  incorporating \/ impleading respondent No.1- Housing<br \/>\nCorporation through a responsible person\/ office bearer, so that<br \/>\nnotice can be issued and served on the said respondent. The learned<br \/>\nCounsel for the petitioners shall also supply the fresh and complete<br \/>\naddresses of respondents Nos. 2 and 4 to the Registry.  The Registry<br \/>\nto await service of notice upon respondents Nos. 3 and 5.
