SALAM SON OF SAHADAT HUSSAIN\n                            BOTH R\/O VILLAGE-MURBALLA, P.S.\n                     BARHARA,\n                            DISTRICT-PURNIA.\n                                                --PETITIONERS\n\n                                           Versus\n\n                         THE STATE OF BIHAR              --OPP.PARTY\n\n2   16.09.2010<\/pre>\n<p>                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                 learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               The two petitioners are named accused being<\/p>\n<p>                 Mukhiya and her son carry allegation that petitioner no.2,<\/p>\n<p>                 being a muscleman, snatched cheque book and other papers<\/p>\n<p>                 from the custody of Panchayat Secretary and released<\/p>\n<p>                 respectively Rs. 95,000\/- and Rs.50,000\/- from two bank<\/p>\n<p>                 accounts. But report to this effect was submitted roughly two<\/p>\n<p>                 months after alleged occurrence and thereafter case was<\/p>\n<p>                 instituted.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances, the<\/p>\n<p>                 two petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>                 four weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 each of them furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia, in<\/p>\n<p>         Barhara P.S.
