Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a<\/p>\n<p>                     case registered for the offences under Sections 328, 307\/34 of the Penal<\/p>\n<p>                     Code. He is named in the First Information Report as the one who<\/p>\n<p>                     ordered Janakiya Devi to pour acid over the informant. The First<\/p>\n<p>                     Information Report lodged by Janakiya Devi prior to the present<\/p>\n<p>                     occurrence is contained in Annexure-2 where she has admitted and<\/p>\n<p>                     explained the circumstances in which she poured acid over the face of<\/p>\n<p>                     the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Having considered the two allegations, it is quite evident that<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner has not played any dominant role in the occurrence.
