Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :24\/03\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           R.BASANT, J.\n                        ----------------------\n                        B.A.No.1821 of 2008\n                    ----------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 24th day of March 2008\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Application for regular bail.                   The petitioner faces<\/p>\n<p>allegations in a crime registered alleging offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Section 307 read with 149 I.P.C. The petitioner is the fifth<\/p>\n<p>accused. The alleged incident took place on 19\/10\/2007.               The<\/p>\n<p>accused persons owe allegiance to the N.D.F. Victims allegedly<\/p>\n<p>belong to the R.S.S. Serious injuries have been suffered by the<\/p>\n<p>victims.  Co-accused have already been granted bail as per<\/p>\n<p>orders in B.A.No.580\/2008 and other connected matters. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was arrested on 02\/03\/2008. He continues in custody<\/p>\n<p>from that date.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer on<\/p>\n<p>condition that the investigating officer is granted reasonable<\/p>\n<p>further time to complete the investigation and I am satisfied that<\/p>\n<p>regular bail can be granted to the petitioner herein also subject<\/p>\n<p>to identical conditions as were imposed on the co-accused.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   In the result, this petition is allowed. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>shall be released on bail on the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No.1821\/08                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      i)    The petitioner shall not be released on bail on the<\/p>\n<p>strength of this order prior to 02\/04\/2008.
