RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                     * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n\n                 Bail Application No. 1001 of 2007\n\n                     * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n\n            Dated, this the  28th  day of   February  2007\n\n\n                                   ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner   seeks   anticipatory   bail   on   the   allegation   that<\/p>\n<p>Ernakulam Central  Police  are  at  his heels at  the  instance  of  one<\/p>\n<p>Aneesh @ Leo  who is running a  beauty parlour  by name  Laura<\/p>\n<p>Beauty  Clinic at Convent Junction, Ernakulam.<\/p>\n<p>      2.      The   learned   Public   Prosecutor,   on   instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submitted   that   eventhough   a   complaint   has  been  received   from<\/p>\n<p>the   Laura  Beauty   Clinic,   no   crime       has  been  registered   against<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner and  that the petitioner is not wanted in connection<\/p>\n<p>with the above  allegation.    If so, the apprehension of arrest and<\/p>\n<p>harassment entertained by the petitioner is unfounded.<\/p>\n<p>      Recording   the   submission   made   by   the     Public   Prosecutor,<\/p>\n<p>this  petition is closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    V.
