  On a dispute having been raised<\/p>\n
 _ under theil\ufb01aihataiia Co-operative Societies Act, 1959, by the<\/p>\n
 respondent against the third respondent before the<\/p>\n
\u00ab  Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, an award came to<\/p>\n
  ‘  ii  passed. The petitioners, in turn, had ehalienged the award by<\/p>\n
